Well 290 is moving along swiftly, with the sections A-E getting closer and closer to being finished. Many of the sections are 70% complete or better while a few are still around 60%. The completion date has moved from the end of 2017 to the end of 2018 due to some delays in moving utility lines and such. Lane closures still dog commuters but there is an end in site. When its finally done, home values should get a spike. The NW corner of Houston is attractive to lots of home buyers with its ease to 99 and the beltway. Also, it is between the Energy Corridor of I-10 and Exxon and other Energy Companies in the Woodlands and in between.
